Forced Oil cooled electro suspended magnet
Introduction:
Forced Oil cooled electro suspended magnet is a kind of electromagnetic separator that adopts forced oil circulation cooling technology. It is suitable for places with extremely high iron removal requirements, such as power, mining, metallurgy, ports, etc.
Working principle:
Similar to ordinary oil cooled electro suspended magnet, it generates a strong magnetic field by energizing and attracts ferromagnetic impurities in materials to achieve the purpose of iron removal. However, during the working process of the forced Oil cooled electro suspended magnet, a oil pump is used to make the cooling oil circulate in a closed oil circuit. When the excitation coil is energized and generates heat, the heat is transferred to the transformer oil. The cooling oil then brings the heat to the cooler. Through the cooler, heat exchange with the outside world is carried out , and the heat is quickly dissipated, thereby effectively reducing the coil temperature and ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
Compared with ordinary oil cooled electro suspended magnet, forced oil cooled electro suspended magnets have the following advantages:
一. Better cooling effect
1.2 This enables forced oil cooled electro suspended magnets to better maintain a stable working temperature under continuous operation or high-load working conditions, reducing equipment performance degradation or failures caused by excessive temperature.
二. Stronger adaptability
2.1 For some occasions with high working environment temperatures or large processing volumes and high work intensities, forced oil cooled electro suspended magnets can adapt better. It can operate continuously under relatively harsh working conditions, while ordinary oil cooled electro suspended magnets may affect their iron removal effect and service life due to untimely heat dissipation.
2.2 Forced oil cooled electro suspended magnets can handle stronger magnetic impurities and are more suitable for industrial production processes with higher iron removal requirements.
三. More stable performance
3.1. Due to the good cooling effect, the performance of forced oil cooled electro suspended magnets is more stable. It can maintain a high magnetic field strength and iron removal efficiency during long-term operation, reducing magnetic field fluctuations caused by temperature changes.
3.2. This helps improve the stability of the production process and product quality, and reduces subsequent processing costs and quality risks caused by incomplete iron removal.
