Introduction:
A magnetic grate, also known as a magnetic grid, is a type of magnetic separator that is widely used in industries to remove ferrous contaminants from materials such as grains, plastics, minerals, and food products. It consists of a series of very powerful neodymium magnetic bars or tubes arranged in a grid pattern that captures and holds the iron particles when the material flows through it.
Grid magnets are essential tools used in various industries to maintain product purity and protect processing equipment. They are easy to install, operate, and maintain, making them a cost-effective solution for industrial magnetic separation applications.

Grid magnets are essential tools used in various industries to maintain product purity and protect processing equipment. They are easy to install, operate, and maintain, making them a cost-effective solution for industrial magnetic separation applications.
Installation and Operation:
We can manufacture the magnet grid as customer requirement as that the grid magnet can be easily installed in cone, square, round, or irregularly-shaped hoppers.
A magnetic grate is easy to install and usually fits into a chute. The magnetic bars are placed in a grid formation with spaces in between them that allow the material to flow through while capturing contaminants. The material is fed into the inlet of the grid magnet, and the magnetic bars attract any ferrous contaminants and hold them, preventing them from contaminating the product. The cleaned material passes through the outlet at the other end.

Working Principle:
A magnetic grate works based on the principle of magnetic attraction. It contains powerful magnets that create a magnetic field. When the material flows through the magnetic field, any ferrous contaminants come into contact with the magnetic bars and are attracted to them. As a result, they are removed from the material flow and held in place until the grid magnet is cleaned.
Industry Applications and Benefits:
Magnetic grates are widely used in various industries such as food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, ceramics, and mining, among others. They are beneficial in these industries because they can remove harmful ferrous contaminants such as scrap pieces of iron, rust, and nails, among other things, from products and materials. Removing these contaminants promotes product purity, enhances product quality, and prevents damage to processing equipment.
How to Clean the Iron in Absorb Magnet:
To clean the iron in the absorb magnet, follow these steps:
1. Remove the magnetic bar or tube from the grid.
2. Clean the magnetic bar with a dry cloth or brush to remove any iron particles.
3. To dispose of the collected iron particles and debris, pull the magnetic bar out of the magnetic field of the grid and wipe it clean.
4. Return the magnetic bar to its original position and turn on the power supply.
