
Introduction:
Permanent Suspended Magnet also named permanent suspension magnet, manual cleaning permanent magnet is typically sitting or suspended above the conveyor belt ,the head pulley or vibratory feeder and Produces strong and permanent magnetic field to attract and lift occasional tramp iron such as nails and screws mix into the product stream when the raw material stream running on the conveyor belt pass underneath the suspension magnet.
The removal of tramp iron will protect expensive downstream processing and conveyor machinery for example crushers, mills, pulverizers, and grinders from damage or tear belt and assures the purity of the product stream.
Suspended magnet is suitable for extracting occasional tramp iron on the belt conveyer, vibration conveyer, electric-vibrating feeder,feeder groove and is widely used in cement, chemicals, plastics, coal, refractory , building materials, food and other industries.
If there are many ferromagnetic impurities in the material, it is recommended to use a self clean magnet.
Suspended magnet magnetic source is a high-coercive force, high remanence rare earth material neodymium iron boron magnetic material, can remove 0.1-35kg of ferrous metal.
This magnet has a solid shape and more than ten years of service life. Under normal conditions of use, the demagnetization does not exceed 1%.

How to clean the attracted ferromagnetic materials:
The powerful magnetic field created by the suspended magnet attracts ferrous metal out of the conveyed material and onto the magnet bottom, remaining securely held until manually cleaned.
When the series RCYB permanent magnetic separator surface starts to fill up ferromagnetic materials, swing the magnet
away from the conveyor and use the non-magnetic scraper to release the attracted ferromagnetic materials.
