Introduction:
A magnet bullet is a type of magnetic separator used in various industries to separate magnetic particles from non-magnetic materials. It is typically installed in pipelines and is designed to capture and hold magnetic contaminants that would otherwise contaminate the downstream product or damage processing equipment.
The bullet magnet consist of a stainless steel pipe and a strong permanent magnet core specially made of a powerful strontium ferrite or neodymium iron boron (rare earth).
Both the stainless steel pipe and the magnetic core of the bullet magnet are very robustly constructed.
This type bullet magnet is a compact structure, strong magnetic force, light, efficient removing rate, simple operation, no energy consumption,long life and is suitable for the occasion of no conveyer available but just a chute or pipeline.
How to work:
The magnet bullet works on the principle of magnetic attraction. As the product flows through the magnet, the magnetic particles are attracted to the magnetic core, which is made of powerful rare-earth magnets. The non-magnetic particles continue to flow downstream, while the magnetic particles are retained on the surface of the magnet core and then magnetic ferrous particles are removed in the manual cleaning process (wiping off).

How to clean the magnet bullet:
To clean the iron from a magnet bullet, the housing must first be removed from the pipeline. The magnetic core can then be removed from the housing and wiped clean with a cloth. Alternatively, the core can be placed in a cleaning solution to dissolve any particles that are stuck to the surface. After cleaning, the core should be thoroughly rinsed and dried before being re-installed in the housing.
